Valet parking is conveniently available for $45+tax daily for sedans and $55+tax daily for SUVs or oversized vehicles. Parking space is limited, and we ask for a maximum of one vehicle per guest room.

Valet parking is available between 7am-11pm daily. For guests arriving or departing outside of these hours, please notify the Front Desk in advance so we may accommodate you.

Complimentary wifi is located throughout the property, in all public areas and guest rooms.

The Palmetto Hotel welcomes dogs up to 40 pounds. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 per stay will apply, and there is a limit of two dogs per guest room. Dogs are not permitted in the indoor dining areas, and are not to be left unattended in guest rooms. 

Smoking is not permitted anywhere at The Palmetto Hotel. A $500 fee will be imposed if smoking is detected in a guest room or on hotel grounds.

The Lobby Bar is open Monday-Thursday 4pm-11pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-12am, and Sunday 11am-11pm. A full-service bar and cocktail menu is available, along with a menu of light fare and shareable snacks.

A complimentary European-style breakfast with a selection of hot and cold items, coffees, teas, and juices is available each morning in the lobby from 7am-10am.

Housekeeping service is provided daily for all guests, as is evening turndown service. The Palmetto Hotel maintains an environmental policy changing linens after every third night unless otherwise requested.

In addition to the in-room bath amenities, a selection of personal items is available upon request through the Front Desk.

Laundry and dry-cleaning services are available Monday through Saturday.

A cancellation request must be received 2 days (48 hours) prior to your arrival date to avoid a fee of one night’s room & tax. Certain rate plans which are non-cancellable / non-refundable are stated as such prior to booking and/or in your confirmation.

Check ins are welcomed beginning at 4pm, and check out is 11am. Requests for early check-ins and late check-outs are based upon hotel availability, and can be made through the Front Desk.
