The Penthouse Suite offers a comfortable setting for small meetings for 8 guests or receptions up to 25 guests. Attendees will be awed by the panoramic views of the Charleston skyline! With a full hotel buyout, groups have the option for exclusive use of the entire property which includes The Penthouse Suite and balcony, as well as the thoughtfully curated lobby and bar, providing many options to host welcome receptions, events, or after parties.

The Penthouse

The Penthouse features floor-to-ceiling windows with a bar, living and dining area. An expansive 500 sq. ft. private balcony showcases panoramic views of the downtown skyline and iconic Charleston landmarks. This versatile space is the ideal spot to host a variety of events from a micro-wedding or elopement to a bridal shower, farewell brunch, hospitality suite, wedding ready room, welcome reception or after party.

We also partner with some of our most esteemed neighbors in offering meeting and event spaces to gather in true Charlestonian style. We can help facilitate events and receptions at Hall’s Signature Events or Poogan’s Courtyard. For meetings, there is the option to secure the Bancroft Boardroom at the Limehouse building for up to 10 guests or use the versatile, private spaces at High Cotton for meetings and events from 15-65 guests. All are literally just steps from the hotel.
